StancoInsider: What is your position on "medical" marijuana?

"I opposed Prop 215. If there is truly a medical need then the FDA should regulate and MJ should be dispensed by a pharmacy just like all other controlled substances.

Never the less the Compassionate Use Act along with the opinion from the AG is still statutory law we must comply with.

I have no interest in prosecuting cancer patients but beyond that, we will actively and aggressively investigate and prosecute anyone who is in possession of MJ for sale or who is distributing MJ. We will go after every Drug Trafficking Organization that uses dispensaries or collectives as cover for MJ sales and/or distribution.

MJ is nothing more than a gateway to other forms of addiction.

I am opposed to the legalization of MJ in any form or format."
