Former one term Mayor of Modesto Carmen Sabatino, announced his candidacy for a position on the Stanislaus County Board of Supervisors last week. Sabatino, who has consistently attacked other candidates for their political donations, sent an email to the Board of Supervisors asking them to add his proposal to the agenda .

What is Sabatino’s proposal? He wants to change the amount of money donors can contribute to a county campaign anonymously...
